Return Policy

Hobbys N’ Stuff  wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you receive defective merchandise, or merchandise that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Some Manufacturers, such as Lionel Trains, MTH Electric Trains, Traxxas R/C
Vehicles, and others require defective merchandise to be returned directly to them, or handled through their Service Station Network.

Please note that due to the nature of the hobby industry, items go out of stock quickly and are often unavailable to order from our distributors.  As such. we may not always be able to replace defective items with the same item you ordered.  If we are unable to replace your item or provide you with a suitable replacement, we will provide a full refund.
